"Especially for You" is a ministry designed for groups of 6-8 women who are suffering from the after effects of abuse.

At "EFY" we offer a nurturing environment where survivors can learn about the effects that the abuse has had on their lives and find hope and encouragement for healing. Activities are planned that nurture the survivor and give her opportunities to grow and express her pain.

"EFY" participants are always given the choice to participate. We respect the rights and feelings of others. We respect and honor people’s rights for privacy and confidentiality. Participants have the opportunity to listen and share with other survivors.

The "EFY" support team is composed of Christian fellow survivors who have experienced the depths of the pain caused by abuse and who have been privileged to find peace in the process of healing. They seek to offer other survivors a warm, nurturing, and caring environment which gives them an opportunity to grow emotionally and spiritually.

This ministry is designed to compliment professional recovery resources.

Three Parts

"Especially for You" weekends are planned in three parts:

The weekend program begins with dinner on Friday evening and ends on Sunday afternoon.

Cost

• "EFY" Part I $75
• "EFY" Part II $75

Included in the cost is room, vegetarian meals, and supplies. The retreat is held at the rural home of the "EFY" support team.

The weekend fee is due prior to the scheduled weekend. Fees are non- refundable and non-transferable within three weeks from the scheduled event. Books and tapes are made available at the end of each weekend at an additional cost.
